International orders are delivered by DHL Express Worldwide.

Delivery charge

Calculated live at checkout from the weight of your parcel and your address, and shown before you pay. DHL remote-area addresses attract a higher rate; where that applies it is already included in the figure shown.

Transit time

International transit times vary by destination and customs clearance, so we do not quote them.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): duties, VAT/GST and brokerage, if any, are collected from you by customs or DHL on delivery and are not included in our price. Rates depend on your country; DHL will contact you before delivery if anything is due.

Tracking, delays and damage

A tracking link is e-mailed on despatch. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact hello@grmitra.com; we open a carrier trace and replace or refund if the carrier confirms loss. For damaged parcels see Returns & refunds — photos within 48 hours.

Where we ship
