The terms behind every order.

1. Who you are buying from

These terms govern every purchase on grmitra.com (“the Store”). Your contract is with ODOD LLC, 4301 Blalock Rd Ste 100, Houston, TX 77041, USA.

“MITRA”, “we” and “us” mean the entity you contract with. Contact: hello@grmitra.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and ordering for personal, non-resale use. Trade and food-service buyers should use avenorfoods.com.

3. How a contract is formed

Displaying products is an invitation to order, not an offer. When you place an order we send an acknowledgement; the contract is formed when we send a despatch confirmation. We may decline an order before despatch (for example stock, a pricing error, an address we cannot serve, or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment in full.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency of the region you select and you are charged in that currency; your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion fees. Prices include sales tax, VAT or GST only where stated at checkout. Delivery charges are quoted live at checkout and shown before you pay. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before despatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Orders are despatched only after payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery, customs duties and import taxes

International orders are delivered by DHL Express. Transit times, where shown, are estimates, not guarantees.

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees, if any, are charged by the destination country’s customs authority and are payable by you on delivery. They are not included in the price or the delivery charge. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges it may be destroyed or returned at your cost; we refund the goods price less our outbound and any return shipping cost.

Remote-area addresses (as defined by DHL) attract a higher delivery charge; where this applies it is already included in the rate shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full. You must give an accurate address and a reachable phone number; re-delivery or return caused by an incorrect address is charged at cost.

7. Cancellation before despatch

Cancel any time before despatch by e-mailing hello@grmitra.com with your order number; we refund in full to the original payment method.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

Unopened, sealed pouches may be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded without return. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a statutory right of withdrawal. Full details in our Returns & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Product information

Our products are sealed, shelf-stable meal pouches. Ingredient and allergen information is on the pack and on our Allergens page; read it before consuming. Store as directed on the pack. Nothing on the Store is medical or nutritional advice.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Australia or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, nothing in these terms reduces those rights.

12. Governing law and disputes

Orders sold by ODOD LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and the courts of Harris County, Texas have jurisdiction — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-law protections and the courts of your country of residence where the law grants them.
